Meet Jimothy: The Viral Seattle Raccoon Captivating the Internet
The iconic raccoon with Short Spine Syndrome
According to researchers, Jimothy has a spine disorder, which gives him a smaller torso and compresses the vertebrae to create the illusion of no neck.
No matter his deformity, Jimothy is braving it out each day and not letting the disorder change his daily habits. Jimothy’s home is located near Seattle’s Ballard neighborhood. He’s most commonly seen around Northwest 50th Street.
